Book online with a deposit

Clients choose their treatment and time and pay a deposit to secure it. The time is held for 15 minutes while they pay. You set the deposit and whether it's refundable.

Consent forms done before they arrive

Clients fill in their details, medical history and consent on their phone before the appointment. You see "Form done" in the diary — no clipboards in reception.

Top-up reminders that bring them back

Send "time for your top-up?" emails to clients who haven't been back in a while, and see exactly who booked and what it was worth.
